Random!

So, this was one of our laundry baskets the other day. Pink, pink, pink. It was so odd to see. But have no fear... the boy added his personal touch with the train he threw in. Someone needed to take some of the girl out of it and bring us back to reality... thank goodness for the train.

This is after Bloomin' Fest last weekend. He was quite tired and somehow managed to knock his hat off kilter in his sleep. So cute! Especially the chins. 

This is a daily ritual. The boy puts on dad's shoes and dad puts on the boy's shoes. It is pretty cute!
Crazy hair! Lately he likes to rub food in his hair. It is just so much fun for those of us who get to clean it out! Cherry yogurt makes especially good hair gel though!
Sorry for the total randomness, but I thought I would share some snippets of our daily lives.

Cascarones

I wonder who invented Cascarones... I mean what is the point really? So I looked it up and it seems they are supposed to bring good luck! Go figure. Well, anyway... Papa Bumb got some for the boy and he really enjoyed them. They do make a terrible mess though, but they are pretty fun!

Our Easter...

We didn't really go all out for Easter this year.  We waited until after the afternoon nap before we hunted for eggs. And since it had poured rain for several hours that morning... we didn't want to go outside in the mud. So the Easter Bunny left eggs in the living room. The boy didn't really know what he was doing, but he played along pretty well.

Then he got to open the eggs... that is when things got exciting!

Especially the ones with jelly beans!

Oh, and the cars were awfully exciting too!

Then he got another basket from Pawpaw and Mawmaw.

But he had to get back to the jelly beans.  He even shared them with Pawpaw!

Caden can count to 5... sort of!
